COURSES
CLASSES AT BOCCONI: You can find the course description and code on the Bocconi Website. Each course page shows the course objectives and the assesment methods. The latter is a very important issue because the assessment and exam methods change depending whether you are an ATTENDANT STUDENT or a NON ATTENDANT STUDENT. People who attend classes can usually write midterm exams (the professor will decided whether to set midterms or not) and the professor him/herself will tell you, during the first day of classes, all the materials and documents necessary to take the exam. This means that not always a textbook is needed as the finals can be based on class notes, group presentations, case studies, online textbooks or class slides, which you can download from your personal student page once the classes start. For non attendant students a textbook is usually required and the program for the exam is a lilttle bit wider than for attendant students. Moreover non attendant students cannot write midterms but can only take finals during the examination sessions our university sets. We strongly recommend to choose the attendant student program as the work for the finals is going to be much lighter!
